**Weapon:** Longsword (Relic of [[Tymora]])
**Status:** Enshrined beneath [[The Crimson Coinhall]]
**Era:** Founding Era of [[Silvercross]] (c. 1208-1250 DR)
A divine longsword born not of forge or fire, but of fortune itself, the Luck Blade is said to have been shaped from a single moment of pure chance... an offering torn from Tymora’s own favor in a moment of impossible faith against all odds. Its steel bears a faint, ever-shifting luster, catching light in ways that feel _deliberate_, as though the blade chooses when and how it is seen. Those who stand near it often report the subtle sensation of standing at the edge of a decision yet to be made. The sword emerged at the end of the Founding Battle, when [[The Five of Fortune]] (*the unnamed wanderers who would become the first champions of [[Silvercross]]*) called upon [[Tymora]] with such reckless devotion that the earth split open in a burst of golden light. When the dust settled and the evil upon the hill was undone, the goddess was gone… but the blade remained, embedded deep in the fractured stone like a promise left behind. Rather than wield it, the Five chose restraint. They enshrined the Luck Blade beneath the soil, carving their oaths into a wagon plank and driving it into the ground above the relic, declaring the birth of the [[Order of the Lucky Blades]]. Doctrine would endure; names would not. One by one, the founders vanished into history, leaving behind no faces, no graves; only belief, tradition, and a sword never meant to be drawn lightly. To this day, the Luck Blade rests unseen beneath [[The Crimson Coinhall]], its presence woven into the foundations of Silvercross itself. Some claim the blade subtly guides the town’s fate, that roads bend where they should not, that disasters narrowly miss, that fortune favors the brave here more than elsewhere. Whether these are blessings or carefully measured gambles is known only to Tymora… and perhaps the blade.
