**Note:** Mithral Hall is one of the most storied dwarven fortresses in the North- a kingdom of ringing forges, ancestral tombs, and vast mithral-rich mines carved deep beneath the Spine of the World. Once lost to duergar and monsters, it was gloriously reclaimed in the 14th century DR by Bruenor Battlehammer, restoring the prestige of Clan Battlehammer and reestablishing the hall as a beacon of dwarven resilience. Legends recount shimmering vaults of dwarven-forged wonders, and among these treasures is believed to be the origin of [[The Mithral Sun]], the ancestral blade carried by [[Therona Eldwynair]]. Though [[Dio Eldwynair]] has never visited the hall, its legacy echoes through his family: a symbol of unyielding strength, craftsmanship, and the weight of lineage carved in metal and memory.
