She was a wise and fair ruler, but she also knew to be ruthless when certain diplomatic endeavors demanded it; she made Silverymoon the “Gem of the North.” Some would say that, for this reason and many more, the Shining Lady became the most well-liked sovereign on the whole of [[Faerûn]] and as such most of her subjects would have done anything in their power to prevent harm from befalling her. [[Dio Eldwynair]] has never met her, but studied her extensively in the halls of [[Candlekeep]] while researching [[Olivia Halcrest]]'s past. He knows she is one of the last living members of [[The Seven Sisters]]; a rare constant in a world where even legends tend to die, while he does not.
