It is precise, formal, and deliberately unemotional, favoring clarity over nuance. Many living creatures find it uncomfortable to hear, as its structure reflects the priorities of undeath rather than life. [[Zeph Calderon]] learned Necril during his time with [[Bonewick]], where fluency was necessary to operate in [[Mechitar]] and pass among undead without drawing attention. Though he rarely uses it now, the language remains ingrained; useful, efficient, and difficult to forget.
