I grew up seeing her around [[The Crimson Coinhall]], usually somewhere near a training yard and usually noticing whatever everyone else was doing wrong before they did. - She rose through the Order by being dependable rather than flashy. Aeris is precise, consistent, and capable of making a group of recruits suddenly remember every rule they were ignoring simply by walking into view. - After [[Olivia Halcrest]] died, Aeris took on greater responsibility for training and discipline within the Order. I remember the change mostly because the Coinhall already felt different after Olivia was gone, and Aeris became one of the people responsible for keeping everything else from slipping with her. - She and my mother, [[Therona Eldwynair]], understand one another better than most people probably enjoy witnessing. Both expect discipline, preparation, and competence, although my mother tends to feel more like a wall while Aeris feels more like someone quietly measuring how long it will take you to realize you are wrong.
