- [[Kossuth]], also known as the Firelord and Lord of Flames, is the elemental power of fire and purification through fire. By the late 15th century DR, he is regarded less as a traditional god and more as an elemental primordial whose power rivals that of true deities. His faith is often strict, hierarchical, and impersonal, with followers who value order, strength, and the refining force of flame. Kossuth is tied closely to the Elemental Plane of Fire, where he dwells within the Crimson Pillar above the Sea of Fire. His worshippers include fire priests, monks, zealots, and many among the [[Red Wizards]] of [[Thay]], where his faith has held significant influence.
