He was once part of the [[Redwheel Gang]], a mostly orc road crew known for tricked-out wagons painted in red lacquer, iron-rimmed wheels, shrine charms to [[Beshaba]], and loud processions that turned intimidation into theater. Among the older Redwheels, Kaz'ro is remembered as a legend who could win a fight, ruin a toll ambush, and laugh about both before the dust settled. As a Hexblade warlock, he fights through a cursed blade tied to shadow and misfortune, drawing power from a pact he does not fully trust. Kaz'ro now acts like the Redwheel life is behind him, but the gang’s newer blood sees him as proof that an old legend can still stand in the way of a new regime. <div class="dioctionary-ribbon">HIS PAST</div> - Kaz'ro was born in 1467 DR and spent much of his youth moving along the Trade Way, where caravans, roadside shrines, and desperate travelers all crossed the same dust. He eventually fell in with the [[Redwheel Gang]], which was led at the time by [[Urgath Redspoke]], an old orc captain who treated luck like a weapon and [[Beshaba]] like the only goddess honest enough to laugh at the world. The Redwheels were thieves and bruisers, but under Urgath they still kept a rough code, and their red-painted wagons were as much warning sign as home. Kaz'ro became famous among them for surviving stupid odds, taking harder hits than he should have, and walking away from trouble with the grin of someone who had learned nothing useful. After Urgath died, younger members began gathering around [[Varkhul Ironteeth]], a violent new voice who wanted the gang to stop acting like road rebels and start acting like rulers. That change became impossible to ignore when the Redwheels tried to burn a small roadside town after the people there refused to pay them. Kaz'ro turned on his own crew during the attack, finding a black-edged blade in the ashes of the shrine to [[Beshaba]] after the fighting ended. Since then, he has traveled as an independent blade, helping runaways, fools, and lost causes while pretending each rescue is just an inconvenience that happened near him.
