He was massive, scarred, gray-green, and loud enough to make a tavern go quiet before he even reached the door. His wagons were famous among road folk, painted bright red and rebuilt with iron rims, hanging lanterns, reinforced sides, and enough decoration to make robbery look like a parade planned by idiots with weapons. He believed in bad luck as a holy truth, but he also believed a gang needed rules if it wanted to last longer than one bloody summer. <div class="dioctionary-ribbon">HIS PAST</div> - Urgath was born in 1421 DR and spent most of his life on the roads between settlements, toll camps, and caravan stops along the [[Sword Coast]]. He gathered the [[Redwheel Gang]] from orcs, half-orcs, castoffs, deserters, and road-born troublemakers who had nowhere clean to belong. Under his rule, the Redwheels became feared for their red-painted wagons and loud raids, but they were not mindless killers. - Urgath kept a rough code: - Do not burn homes with people inside - Do not harm children - Do not sell out another Redwheel to outsiders. - He taught younger members that [[Beshaba]] did not reward cruelty so much as laugh at fools who thought they controlled fate. Kaz'ro rose under Urgath’s watch and became one of the gang’s most infamous names before walking away. When Urgath died in 1490 DR, the old code began dying with him, leaving room for [[Varkhul Ironteeth]] and the new Redwheels to turn the gang into something meaner.
