It began as the town of Nantar, where the founders of the Order of Dukars laid the foundation for their order in -7130 DR. The city later grew into one of the most important centers of learning, magic, and prophecy beneath the waves, protected by a powerful mythal raised in -3002 DR. Its streets, quarters, reefs, temples, and academies make it one of the great cultural hearts of the undersea realms. Myth Nantar is ruled by the Nantarn Council and defended in part by the Dukars, whose role in Serôsian law and peacekeeping gives the city much of its authority.
