He has deep blue-green skin, pale silver eyes, slicked dark teal hair, and the polished calm of someone who has never once mistaken kindness for good business. Nhalos leads a black-market network that deals in smuggled relics, stolen salvage, forged cargo records, and anything else that can move between land and water without attracting the wrong eyes. <div class="dioctionary-ribbon">HIS PAST</div> - Nhalos was born in 1441 DR somewhere within the deeper reaches of [[Serôs]], though he tells different versions of that story depending on who is paying attention. He was raised among tritons who valued duty, protection, and the old codes of the sea, but Nhalos learned early that duty rarely made anyone rich. After leaving the depths, he began working along the [[Dragon Coast]], where corrupt harbor officials gave him all the opportunity a patient criminal could want. In [[Westgate]], he built a network that connected surface fences with undersea thieves, moving relics and contraband through routes most landbound criminals could never reach. [[Oryn Maerovar]] crossed him during an investigation into wreck-thieves and relic traffickers, eventually fighting Nhalos in a half-sunken counting house beneath the docks. Nhalos left a cross-shaped scar on Oryn’s chest during that fight and escaped into the dark water, turning a bounty into a personal grudge that has not stopped bleeding.
