He works along the [[Dragon Coast]], hunting smugglers, slavers and wreck-thieves through alleys, docks and half-sunken ruins for coin. He is patient in the way predators are patient, letting people believe they have escaped while he quietly follows the trail they were dumb enough to leave behind. <div class="dioctionary-ribbon">HIS PAST</div> - Oryn was born in 1446 DR in [[Serôs]], near the ancient undersea city of [[Myth Nantar]]. He spent much of his early life scavenging shipwrecks left behind by surface wars, storms, piracy, and disaster. When Oryn finally rose from the sea, he found the world above just as greedy and violent as its sunken remains suggested. He turned his patience and salvage instincts into bounty work, becoming especially active around [[Westgate]] and the darker routes of the [[Dragon Coast]]. His longest hunt is [[Nhalos Veymaris]], a triton crime lord who abandoned the old codes of the sea and built a black-market network between land and water. Nhalos left a cross-shaped scar on Oryn’s chest during a fight in a half-sunken counting house beneath the docks, and Oryn has been following that debt ever since.
