- [[Tempus]], also known as the Foehammer and Lord of Battles, is the [[Faerûn]]ian greater god of war. His symbol is an upright flaming sword, because subtlety apparently died somewhere between the first sword swing and the second. Tempus teaches that war is a force to be respected rather than romanticized, and his dogma values courage, honorable combat, and obedience to the rules of battle.
