Cheerful, fast-moving, and always looking for opportunity, he has a habit of turning even the smallest interaction into some form of transaction. He is best known (at least to [[Yang Gang]]) for selling a so-called _[[Lucky Dagger]]_ to [[Kalis Mikhailson]] for an ambitious sum of 100 gold, a deal he considered entirely reasonable. Whether the dagger was truly lucky or simply well-marketed remains unclear. Blep frequently runs errands across the island, acting as a go-between for others like [[Myla]] when coin is involved. When last seen, he accepted a handful of gold from [[Dio Eldwynair]] with overwhelming enthusiasm, immediately declaring his intent to invest it all into something he confidently referred to as “stonks,” whatever that may ultimately mean.
