Unlike the storm-lashed ruins and haunted stretches elsewhere across the isle, Dragon’s Rest endures as a place of calm, built from shrines, modest stone dwellings, gardens, and cliffside terraces where travelers and wanderers may recover in peace beneath the sound of crashing waves. Those arriving upon the island are first greeted by the [[Dragon's Rest Kobolds]], alongside familiar figures such as [[Tarak]] and the ever-watchful [[Varnoth]], whose presence maintains order throughout the refuge. It was here that [[Dio Eldwynair]], [[Constantine]], [[Marcel Voltaire]], [[Drougma Tarak]], [[Kalis Mikhailson]], and [[Traxis]] first gathered before venturing into the mysteries and dangers hidden across Stormwreck Isle.
