Beyond its narrow coastal passages lie vast crystal chambers and sporelit hollows inhabited by the peaceful myconid colony ruled by [[Sinensa]], whose people long lived in quiet balance far from the violence consuming the surface of the island. Concern arose when [[Tarak]] sent the companions to investigate disturbances threatening his long-standing mushroom trade with the colony, leading [[Dio Eldwynair]], [[Marcel Voltaire]], [[Constantine]], [[Drougma Tarak]], and [[Kalis Mikhailson]] deep into the cavern’s corrupted heart. There they uncovered a spreading blight tied to tainted crystals, corrupted after a mysterious cloaked figure bearing draconic features disturbed the sanctum hidden within the cavern depths. From the crystal core emerged a molten serpent born of unstable magic and corruption, forcing [[Yang Gang]] into a fierce battle beneath the glowing cavern ceilings until the creature was finally destroyed and the corruption began to recede. Though balance returned to the cavern afterward, the [[Myconoid of Seagrove Cavern]] now remain watchful and cautious, aware that something far older and more dangerous may still linger behind the island’s growing draconic unrest.
