Where others might have grown into strength, he chose instead to reach for it prematurely, through ritual and sacrifice. He manipulated the [[Rogue Kobold Tribe]] of Stormwreck into aiding his plans, constructing a ritual at the [[Cliffside Observatory]] that would have used [[Aidron]] as a living catalyst during the passing of the **King-Killer Star**, an event he believed would elevate him into something far greater. The ritual was interrupted and ultimately destroyed by [[Yang Gang]], who dismantled the totems sustaining his power and forced him into direct combat. What followed was less a battle of equals and more the inevitable collapse of something that had relied too heavily on stolen strength. In the aftermath, a cloaked [[MYSTERIOUS WOMAN]] arrived astride her dragon, openly mocking Sparkrender’s failure before departing, leaving him to face the consequences alone. He died atop the observatory, his ambition ending where it began. His remains did not go entirely to waste; scales and a tooth were taken by t[[Yang Gang]], small, tangible remnants of a creature who reached too far, too soon.
