Constructed by dwarf and gnome smiths from immense five-foot-thick stone, the tower quickly rose to prominence during the 14th century DR as one of the largest centers of Tymoran worship in the city. Its great open atrium housed a consecrated altar and an enormous bronze statue of Tymora depicted as a laughing young girl poised above a fountain where visitors tossed coins in hopes of earning the Lady’s favor. Priests from the Tower became closely tied to [[The Yawning Portal]], regularly blessing adventurers before their descent into Undermountain and offering healing to the wounded who returned alive.
