For most of his life, everyone assumed he would eventually inherit command of the Luckwardens. Instead, grandfather chose my mother, [[Therona Eldwynair]], and Quincy accepted the decision without turning it into the sort of family catastrophe. - He remained a paladin of the [[Order of the Lucky Blades]] and one of the steadier members of [[House Blackfen]]. Quincy was never especially loud, and unlike some members of the family he did not seem to need everyone in the room to know exactly where he stood. Usually, you knew anyway. - [[Elowen Blackfen]] and him raised [[Cassian Blackfen]] and [[Lyrica Blackfen]], which means I can assign at least some responsibility for Cassian to him. Lyrica turned out much easier to tolerate, so perhaps the evidence balances itself.
