I'm sure Zavian apparently decided this was an oversight and corrected it himself. - He came from [[Suzail]] from what I know, briefly attempted to join the Purple Dragons, and eventually found his way into the [[Order of the Lucky Blades]]. Somehow, beneath the speeches, posing, polished armor, and absolute certainty that every room has been waiting for his entrance, he actually became a capable paladin and officer. - His squire, [[Kiphrel “Kip” Vensari]], handles much of the organization surrounding him. Zavian would probably describe this as carefully cultivating the next generation of heroes. Kip would probably describe it as making sure the Captain remembers where he puts his "things". - The irritating part is that when something genuinely goes wrong, Zavian is brave. The theatrics fall away, he knows what he is doing, and people can depend on him. Then the danger passes, he starts describing what just happened, and within minutes you begin wondering whether you imagined the competent version.
