<div class="dioctionary-ribbon">A Brief History</div>
- [[Chauntea]] is the goddess of life, growth, farming, and the land itself. Growing up in [[Cormyr]], it would have been difficult not to know of her. Farmers, gardeners, and just about anyone whose livelihood depends on something growing from the ground tend to know her name.
- Her faith has always seemed simpler to me than most. Plant something, care for it, take what you need, and leave enough behind for there to be something next season. There are certainly worse things for a god to ask of people.
- I have never had much personal connection to Chauntea, but I have seen how much her faith matters to ordinary people.
