I have no idea who built it, how old it really is, or what it was originally meant to observe. By the time we reached it, [[Sparkrender]] had found a far more destructive use for the place. - He had taken [[Aidron]] there and was attempting some kind of ritual involving the passing King-Killer Star. [[Elder Runara]] sent us after him, which led [[Kalis Mikhailson]], [[Marcel Voltaire]], [[Drougma Tarak]], [[Constantine]], and I across the island and into the ruins before Sparkrender could finish whatever he was trying to accomplish. - The fight itself was about as subtle as everything else on Stormwreck. Thunder, collapsing stone, kobolds, magic, and eventually one dead blue dragon. Somewhere in the middle of all of it, a [[MYSTERIOUS WOMAN]] riding [[MYSTERIOUS WOMAN'S DRAGON]] appeared in the storm above us, spoke as though she knew exactly who Sparkrender was, and then vanished back into the lightning. I still do not know who either of them were. I can only assume she is tied to the [[Cult of the Dragon]] somehow.
