<div class="dioctionary-ribbon">A Brief History</div>
- [[Sembia]] is a nation east of [[Cormyr]], along the [[Sea of Fallen Stars]], best known for its merchants and the rather impressive amount of influence coin seems to buy there. Growing up in [[Silvercross]], I heard plenty about Sembian traders and their dealings throughout the [[Eastern Heartlands]]. I've traveled through parts of the region during several of my lives, though never stayed long enough to concern myself with its politics. From what I understand, the country has had its share of troubles over the years, but trade remains its primary concern. Can't say I know much about who's currently running the place, and frankly, I doubt they'd care much about me either.
- I do remember passing through Sembia during my [[16 - The Burning Building|sixteenth cycle]], when I came across a chapel being burned by the [[Church of Beshaba]]. That particular encounter ended with me rescuing [[Lira Morningvale]] from the flames, only to be crushed beneath the collapsing building myself. Not exactly my fondest memory of the region.
