He'd gathered a group of kobolds at the [[Cliffside Observatory]] and was attempting some ritual involving [[Aidron]] and the King-Killer Star. We interrupted the ritual, and during the confrontation some [[MYSTERIOUS WOMAN]] arrived riding another dragon, called him a failure, and promptly left us to deal with him. We killed Sparkrender shortly afterward, and thankfully the storms surrounding the island began to clear. - Interestingly, [[Radecere Perethun]] later told me that he and [[Olivia Halcrest]] had killed another blue dragon, [[Eldenemir]], on the same island decades earlier. Whether there's any connection between the two, I haven't the slightest idea. Apparently Stormwreck Isle just has a particularly unfortunate history with blue dragons.
