<div class="dioctionary-ribbon">A Brief History</div>
- The [[Sword Coast]] covers a huge stretch of western Faerûn and includes places like [[Waterdeep]], [[Baldur’s Gate]], [[Candlekeep]], and the lands around [[Neverwinter]].
- I have crossed a fair amount of it over more than one life, usually by road and occasionally for reasons I would have preferred not to repeat. The Coast changes quickly from crowded cities and trade roads to stretches of wilderness where being a few miles from civilization can suddenly matter quite a lot.
